The company was founded in 1991 by Peter Cracknell & Pat Upwood, who, having 20 years experience running larger engineering companies in Surrey & Devon, made a conscious decision to set up a small, efficient, multi talented organisation where the staff are completely flexible to respond to customers delivery requirements.

Our modern factory based in Bude, North Cornwall is 5,000 sq. ft. with a range of milling, turning and grinding machines from manual to NC/CNC. We also have fitting and machine building facilities.

We pride ourselves on our quality of workmanship and our ability to handle small or large projects and we have a great "Team Spirit" which extends to our customers in quality and deliveries on time.

We manufacture individual parts through to sub assemblies and complete machine building and we can manage projects from design assistance, purchasing, manufacture, finishes and assembly.

Our manufacturing experience extends to the Food industry, Lamp making machinery, Machine tool parts, Leisure industry & Defence industry.
